What we do

History is full of genuine mysteries — and most of the internet blurs fact and fantasy. Unsolved Report does the opposite. We start from the documented evidence, mark exactly where the record runs out, and label every theory and legend as what it is. The result is a growing archive of "case files" you can actually trust.

How we research and review

Every article is built on primary and reputable secondary sources — universities, museums, official inquiries, declassified records, and peer-reviewed research — each cited inline so you can verify it yourself. Load-bearing facts, dates, names, and quotes are checked against those sources before anything is published. Where historians and scientists genuinely disagree, we say so plainly, and we never dress up a guess as a fact.
